With Yamaha Tyros coming up to its 10th anniversary, I checked and Korg is not far behind with the PA1x series (Now up to PA3x) with about 1 year in it, so I thought I would post a PA1x demo as it shows quite clearly (Even then) the Korgs Live sounding feel compared to the smooth sounding feel of the Tyros.

PA3x owners may fall over laughing, but remember that while the PA1x maybe almost 10 years old now, without it, your PA3x probably wouldn’t even exist.

The KORG PA1X is still a good board even after so many years that past, I bet you if I were to record LIVE a PA1X and a PA3X the PA1X would sound just as good if not better, the PA3X has some more bells and whistles but basically the same OS.

I've had my Pa1XPro for about three years now, and I'm perfectly happy with it. Not really feeling a need to change up. If I do, then it will be more a 'want' than a 'need'. You know, we all like a new toy now and again - right kids?
