Good demo--just reinforces the quality sounds, of a quality keyboard, by a quality player. Neat stuff.

Spalding,

This is Martin Harris's lad,(son, boy) the face and hand gestures give him away.... rotf2
He's hellish good and makes the T4 sound awesome, who would want to buy anything else other than a T4, sure someone will know why not, wait long enough.

i dont have a problem with the silly faces. Too much enthusiasm is a lot easier to take then too little. So long as the guy can back up thne facial contortioms with great music , he can do what he likes and he certainly can play and knows hopw to get the best results from the instrument

Interesting find, however it doesn’t do anything for me, (Apart from the playing) as I find the sound is very dull and lacking any sort of life. (There is certainly no way anybody could confuse it with the real deal)

I suspect it is a camera mike in use, but not your usual camera mike, as most usually give a very thin and screechy sound, whereas this is the exact opposite.

Thanks for posting Spalding; it’s always nice to see and hear new performers.

Bill

I liked how he let the sounds be heard. You really got a listen of the piano, guitar, clarinet, etc...

I don't have any issues with the emotion he showed while he was playing, but the prancing about and "dramatic" pushing of a button was a bit distracting.

Good player, regardless...

Thanks for sharing...

Hi Tony,...as for the T4 still has the some old CD compressed sound with that downbeat tambourine sound, I just got sick of it after a while, but many seem to enjoy it......I now prefer the KORG "LIVE" Sound much better since I've returned to KORG,.....also this Monday I go in to the hospital for round two of my eyelash entopion surgery procedure...wish me luck & I hope this will be the end of my agony. thanx

PS... the stupid lavatory exercise faces are really not needed and look so fake..IMO eek2

his name is Luiz Carlos Uhlik, and he is the official yamaha sampler here in Brazil. He loves to make these statements with great humor and many faces.
