Hello all,

My first post here smile I'm the proud owner of an Audya 76.
I was wondering, is it possible to use a MIDI-accordion together with the keyboard and play both at the same time with different instruments? Can I just select a voice for an incoming MIDI-signal?

Also I'm wondering if it is possible to play the basses with a MIDI-accordion with just one finger? As the FMaj,FMin and F7 are different rows.

Thanks in advance

Yes you can. You will have to (in the midi accordion) assign a specific channel to that which you want a/the specific voice in AUDYA to respond to (e.g let's say the LOWER-1 Voice is your preference) - have that channel set in AUDYA to receive on say channel 16. Now in your accordion, set a specific voice patch to transmit only on 16 and set LOCAL=off so that whenever this voice is selected, only the corresponding LOWER voice in the AUDYA will be played/heard. You can then also do the reverse for say the RIGHT/Lead voice so that when that voice is selected, only the voice produced by the Midi accodion is heard (not the AUDYA's).

A little 'tricky' but hope you understood the logic.

Thanks,

AJ
