I am new to the forum. Glad to be here!

I am a singer and use midi files to sing along with. I just downloaded a nice program (PSRUTI77) from the net and am now using it to put lyrics to my (non)lyric midi files.

I have to hit the ENTER button on my keyboard every time I want a word to go to the music.

Is there an automatic feature with this program that will let you have each 'lyric' word go with the 'main' melody of the midi song?

If so, could you explain it to me. I have been trying...but to no avail. I am sure there is some feature in this program that will let me do this. But does anyone know for sure...and if so...do please let me know how to do it.

Unless the main melody of the song is isolated on its own midi channel, it is mighty unlikely that you can accomplish what you are talking about without having to dig into the midi data itself with an editor.
