Can you eat Shrimp, Crabs and such. I don't know anything about the low glycemic crap. My oldest son had to do the diabetic diet.

Any seafood is highly recommended. Even my prescription Loveza, is fish oil in mega strength compressed form. It's for high triglyceride and cholesterol levels. I'm a big lobster fan but it is so pricey her in NJ. Got to travel to the inlaws in Maine to get it reasonable. And I'd rather have root canal..twice. Got a brother in Niwot in your state.

I have the great fortune of having 2 mother-in-laws! both of my wife's parents divorced and remarried........

I'm gonna be able to throw a rock at your brother's house next week. Gonna be between Thornton and Greeley from the 9th to the 12th. Will be looking at a couple of Hot dog Carts near his place. Ha ha!

We sold my son's vehicle yesterday. We be Dogging soon.
I'm gonna be more excited about our Hot Dog Cart than Donny, and Uncle Dave get when they buy new gear. REALLY!!!
