Isn't this thunder storm baloney a bit off topic? I mean we're here talking about the PA3X, leg Cramps and other aches and pains and how to remedy these maladies then some idiot starts talking about thunder storms? Who would do such a thing?

Calm down Donny, I know it's you messing with my head again. You know it's an old head! Why be so mean? I thought you liked me? Pick on Uncle Dave. He's fading out on us. He must really be getting old eh?

I guess when you have exhausted 'I don't really care about what anyone here thinks', what else is left to do? coffee

Diki, Diki,

Take it easy on my Buddy Donny eh? Let's all try to play nice, OK? I'm not the only valuable member on this forum.

We need every one to contribute even the ones that are only interested in how many styles or "SOUNDS" an arranger has and could care less about really being a musician and really not being a musician.

Remember what I said about the monkey, He's an entertainer too, but that doesn't make him a musician.

After ten years here, I'm beginning to wonder that maybe there are more of them then us. (ENTERTAINERS)

Well, I have always believed in the saw "those who talk the most, do it the least" and that certainly applies to a lot of the tosh written here...

I mean really, you guys who are now professing to be real musos and not entertainers, or entertainers who are not REAL musos

All tosh - I mean, really guys aren't you all a bit above that by now? But there does seem to have been a LOT of snobby self-serving comment on SZ lately...

Miden, are there musicians or entertainers in the Outback? I've seen videos of aborigines playing mouth harps of some kind.
I think I am an entertaining musician. Or is that a musical entertainer. This is way too deep for me. I know all those jazz chords but don't feel like I have to play them every song. I used to even have one of those rootless bass players. He was adopted by wolves at the age of two and never knew his birth parents.

Yes I totally agree with you smile My comment was a "barb" directed at those who keep trying to make all the distinctions...it's all music, it's all entertaining and we are ALL musos in one way shape or form...no class distinctions from this little duck I can tell you...happy to listen to kooris playing trad just as much as Muse, or Roger Woodward and anything in between.

Apart from "THOSE" gig songs (LOL and we ALL know what they are wink )
