Hi. If I buy a brand new Audya 4, "2011 Styles and Sounds upgrade" will be included or I have to buy and install by myself? Thanks.

not as standard, but you might be able to twist the arm of your retailer.

My Audya came with OS 4.2b but not the 2011 Styles & Sounds.

The dealer sent me one when he got one in stock at no charge.
