Well, with the aid of http://www.synthzone.com/midi/technics/kn7000/SXKN7000%20Service.pdf and the removal of 17 screws from the bottom of the KN7000 the upper part lifted partially off sufficiently for me to retrieve the errant business card and return all the screws with shaky hands lest I had one over...chuckle. But no there was a hole for every screw and the keyboard is working normally now.
Hi John C - with pleasure - I'll be on the next plane out of Heathrow to whereever...what a lovely thought...chuckle. Hi Bob - either bypass that modulation wheel or replace it with another new one which I've got, BUT I found having removed the 17 screws and placed the flap in the vertical position as instructed that you could only lift the top about two inches before it became clear that something else was also connecting top to bottom - maybe a wire or something because I didn't hang around long enough to find out...chicken that I am...!!
