Man I'm sorry. Please forgive me friend. I didn't mean this for you. I had other folks on my mind.

Right now my Redskins are taking it to my Saints. I was a Green Bay fan since 1964, the Saints since 1967, the Redskins with Billy Kilmer since 1972 I think.

I like all three, but there's an edge for the Saints.

My college team (inherited from my wife's family) is the Alabama Crimson Tide. Why anyone gives them a starting rank other than 1st, I'll never know. You KNOW they are going to be #1 after the first game!

I've been to three Iron Bowls (Alabama/Auburn), and I can tell you, they take that game SERIOUSLY in the South! If you are 1 and 15, as long as that one win is in the Iron Bowl, you had a winning season as far as the fans care!

I'll enjoy watching LSU vs the Tide maybe more than the Super Bowl unless the Saints are in it.

I've been a LSU fan since 1958. I used to have a transistor radio in my pocket with and ear phone every Saturday night on every gig for years all around Louisiana.

Playing a gig on Saturday afternoon is SO hard nowadays! Most bars are festooned with HDTV's all showing the games. How is ANYONE supposed to concentrate on playing when the game is on the line?!

Different story up here...we check the schedule and plan way ahead, so most Sundays are Eagles Eagles Eagles...just ask my wife Saturdays are free....not big on Collage Football

Tony lives in RI, and loves the Giants (I believe he's NY born, so he's forgiven)
