I think that in Version 4 of the Audya OS is no possible to play a style from a USB drive (this was possible in OS3).

People in the forum have reported that you can copy some of the traditional styles to the HardDisk and they play OK.

Question:
- To what folder in the HD?
- Can a new folder be created and the styles installed there?

Don't want to screw the OS tree folder.

Thanks

Machetero,

by connecting a notebook to the Audya (like you do it with an update), you will see the Audya HDD like any other external HDD. Now you can create e.g. a new folder MyStyles (also with subfolders if necessary) and copy your styles into that folder(s). In this folder(s) you can directly open the styles.
BTW, I reported this already on another thread that it is not longer possible to open styles via an USB connected device but havn't received a feedback if this will be fixed.
