I´v just starting to work with windows vista on my laptop and I have my Audua pluged into it. I use Cakewalk sonar but my recording sounds like reverb or dist added, Is there any specific settings I must do?

I am also having problems recording. My issue is when I am using the audio recording on the keyboard to create a wave file, the keyboard produces the wave file, but at a very low volume. Has anyone else used this feature and discovered how to specify the volume of the wave recording?
