Deanne ... have to agree with Tony ... that is a very nice looking neighborhood ...

We had just a 'dusting' Christmas eve -- didn't last too long as the temp rose ...

When the forecast says 'snow' in RI all the bread and milk is sold out ... people don't forget 1978 when they were caught by a surprise blizzard and the State was crippled for WEEKS !!!

I have to go the other direction. Have a New Year's Eve party to play in Tulsa. Should see lots of snow there!

Ian, got snow yet? I'm looking or the window onto Shediac Bay right now and visibility is about 120 metres - sideways snow.

I believe it's only going to affect certain parts of Nova Scotia, and perhaps the Cape Breton Highlands and Margaree area...mainly rain or a bit of ice pellets here in Glace Bay/Sydney.

Supposed to be high 120 kph winds, but it's very calm out there so far, and no warnings in local forecast.

Time will tell...New Brunswick is notorious for snow, especially up north.

Hot weather and sweating is not for me .....to each his own.
I love the seasonal changes of the Northeast with fall being my very favorite. Chestnuts roasting on an open fire.......

My wife used to say the same thing until we moved to Hawaii. We moved to Florida from there and we'd still be there except for being closer to the Grandkids and my annoyance at paying over 20k/yr in property taxes and homeowners insurance (25k with HOA). I don't care if I never see another flake of snow ever again. Besides, old folks can't tolerate much cold.
