Bill sounded great and had the audience in the palm of his hand. It was a great show.

I've had the honor of seeing Bill perform and he does a great job.

I can very happily say that I shared Don's stage with Bill, Hank (RIP) and one or two others ... one of the great nights in my music experience ... rocker

Thanks, but I didn't use an arranger last night. smile

I have continued to read rave reviews of Heil PR-35 mic and I bought one and used it last night for first time. It's outstanding, for sure. I had been using EV PL-84 and it is awesome, as well but I think the Heil is even better. It should be, at the price you gotta pay.

Yes, Bill, that's not inexpensive, but perhaps it is worth it ... singer

Hmmmm, only 40Hz - 18kHz range? Seems like it'd be lacking in some of the sizzle that I've grown used to. That's not far off the specs of an SM58, and the mic world has come very far since 1958. (did you know that's where the name came from?)
Was it really that good, Bill? Tell us more - I've never used a Heil.

It sounded very robust. I especially liked the low end, tight and clear.
I'm pretty sure I couldn't hear 18khz. smile
