For almost a week, I have completely changed my diet. The main thing was eliminating sugar, salt, fat and carbs from my diet. The sugar was the biggest challenge. Mainly because I love sweets and deserts, but by eliminating that, and watching what I eat, and how much. I managed to loose six pounds, and I was not even trying? My boss at work gave me bathroom, scale. When I first got on, I was 176 pounds. The the following morning after a good bathroom break. I weighed myself. I went down to 171 pounds. It's not much, but it's a start. Of course Yesterday, I was at 174, but that was from the food. Latter this morning after my bathroom break I was at 172 pounds. Still not too bad. I am not really looking to lose wight! I am not fat, but have some extra fat around the mid section. However, by changing my diet, and having a protein filled breakfast. With either my protean breakfast smoothie. Yogurt, whole grains and strawberries. I feel full. Or I'll have a spinach and mushroom omelet. Plus drinking water instead of soda, or sweet tea. I will still have my coffee, with no sugar unless it's raw sugar. Which I think is still alright? Although I don't use a lot. I am also trying to exercise more. I do get a lot at my job, but hopefully, when it warms up soon. I will start walking.

It's amazing how much better I am feeling now, then I did before!
