Dave I have rebought the Kn7000 3 times. It is a battle between new technology and a friendly great sounding keyboard which has more than most people need.
Audrey the S950 does some great features, it is a good keyboard. I have mentioned this before; Most of us have been using Technics for so many years that we approach the newer keyboards with the same mind-set. It is like relearning, which is always difficult for seniors like me.
I have been going through some medical problems which has confined me to my home; the good part is that I really got into my Korg Pa800. It is an amazing keyboard – it does it all. The learning curve is a nightmare. BUT -- The Kn7000 keyboard will always rule ( A William Norrie phrase) because it is so friendly and the sound and styles, although simple, can stand against many of the newer models of today.

John like you I have had some issues particularly with the old ticker to which I lost interest and sold my KN7000 the leader in it's time however recently the old juices started to return and I had in the loft an old Korg i5S which had stood dormant for quite a while so I recovered the beast and from there followed I thought well I will get a module to try and get a bit up to date but that was not that successful so I look for another keyboard thinking nothing was going to replace or come near the kn WRONG as you will have discovered with your PA800 there are so many options available MP3 SD performances. styles.songbook. it goes on purely my opinion I don't think the PA500 or 800 is anymore a tight learning curve than the kn when it first appeared in fact it could be argued that a few years down the road technology has moved on sound wise and you can almost edit anything in the 500/800. Anyway the short of it is the Korg has refired my interest. I know of people that have the micro korg but that I cannot comment on. Johnnie
