One of my hot dog jokes:
Donkey to the weiner dog: Are you a hot dog?
Weiner dog to the donkey: Are you a smartass?

I have a good friend; Hank Adams, an old beatnik who returned to Lexington after years as a drummer in Vegas to take care of aging family members.

He said, "There was this trombone player who hung around the club. I thought he was diggin' the group, but he was actually 'firin' on my "ole lady".

"She left with the dude and called me from Reno. I said Honey, how could you do that? He don't even play good bone"!

Don't know if it's true, but makes a good story.

Russ

I fell in love with the lady who drove the Good Humor truck. But then I was warned that she'd been around the block a few times. smile

I met a nice young thing, who was on the rebound. She had just broken up with the UK football team.

THE ENTIRE TEAM!

I got a young lady pregnant one time, but her father refused to let me make an honest woman of her. He said he'd rather have a bastard in the family than an accordion player!

Got a phone call at work the other day. It was Eric my neighbour. He said, "I don't know how to tell you this, it's your wife, she's hung herself on your washing line. Through my tears I said, " Do me a favour mate, if it rains bring her in."
