I've just solved all my problems. I've added a M-Audio Axiom 49 key controller to my rig, sliders controlling the volume, drum pads if required, fills 1 to 4 via assignable buttons under the slider, two zones accessing voice two and three on the Pa600 when muted ie the Pa600 plays voice one the Axiom plays two and three with no button pressing. Aftertouch on the Axiom, bends the Guitar parts etc easily. Voicelive Touch 2, zoom R16 and a Roland xv2020 for the drums and bass.

I'm looking for an Roland XV5050 which has 4 audio outlets instead of the XV2020 which only has two. This would enable me to use Roland patch's on voices two and three if required.

PS: I'm using the headphone outlet instead of midi from the Korg to control the harmony on the Voicelive so I can't use the internal speakers hence the monitors.
