How about if Ketron starts out by responding or even acknowledging our emails?
3 months, 3 emails and still waiting for even an automated response... PATHETIC to say the least
Lee this tactic would be to bring the confidence back to the public,...obviously they need it,
....the whole scenario is just weird, a GREAT Arranger KBs by all means on one hand, and terrible support, availability, parts & service, etc, on the other. It leave s potential buyers in limbo and in a "should I take a Chance" feeling,
especially gambling at those prices.
