Tony, if you had a Yammie, or something to convert Yammie styles, I can send you dozens of great Christmas styles.

You're welcome Tony. I am getting very tired of reinventing the wheel every time I change keyboard, setting up each song from scratch.

Of course I'm never going to change keyboard again (yeah right). Actually, joking aside, I do think that this Korg Pa900 is the best fit for me so far. But anyway this list of setups hopefully will help me in case I ever change my mind. smile

I've learned my lesson very well wink ....this is why I'm sticking with Yamaha...I have changed so many times with every model of every manufacturer and for a busy giggin pro as myself its really a strain to crunch down and switch all setups, convert, mix & match styles, sounds, etc, when you switch companies. I for one have had enough and realize it ain't no big deal and it's not a big change sound wise with today's units if you know how to make it sound great, especially if you use the arranger to back up your vocals as an accompaniment source. Most sound so good already. headphone

I agree with sticking to one brand. I have changed brands and had one tough time getting used to a new OS.
I do prefer the Yamaha OS system as it works like a computer and to me it is simple. But to each his own. I truly believe that
one brand does not totally fit the bill. I have a Tyros 5 76 note keyboard on order. May be shipped to me next week if there
are no unexpected problems. Lloyd

Having started with Rolands, I then alternated Yamaha then Korg three times! Korg for me now, looking forward to the Pa4X-76 under 20lbs with built-in speakers! That's the only thing that could tempt me away from my Pa900. wink

I think I'm sticking with Korg as well. I keep digging new stuff out of it. If the PA900 accepted the EC5 foot controller, or at least had two foot switches, I might be tempted to go to it because of the size.
The PA3X has everything I need and want for now. I have found some new guitars that rival the Yamahas!
