If I anderstand well Ketron guys in fact dont work on new update. Allso all bugs in Audya stay like they are.Many function who dont work at all also stay like they are. What a plasend suprise for Cristmas for me,cos naw I haw a good reason to send my Audya back for good ,like newer ending instrument.And yes,if you want to haw finished OS in your Audya then you must to pay for it.Yust like for OS4.1b to... I'm with you Leezone, also we dont have lemon laws here in Australia, so that means that the onus on the manufacturer is to fix the product, not replace or give money back. Of course there are also common law suits that can be applied. But the keyboard is great, and I would be very surprised if Ketron dont update it as we go along,
