I've been asked by a Jazz Arts Organization in this area to put together a tribute to Jim Hall this Sunday. While not friends by any means, I knew him and liked him and his music.

It is my honor to be chosen to do this. Sadly, there are few players who are still active and know this wonderful music.

Even with an active Philharmonic organization here and in Cincinnati, it is difficult to find qualified side men.

I'll do my best to celebrate his life and musical accomplishments.
