I think its many people contributing there playing expertise in different genres to make it all. Then blended together.

I think you nailed it, Donny. These master demos, blown into the ROM of most arrangers, seem to be either an amalgam of many of the factory's best players, or if one guy alone, are not the result of live playing but painstaking sequencer editing of a live take (or several!).
