I wanted to say thanks to both Frank and Steve. My Tyros 5 arrived broken right out of the box. I reported the problem to Frank and Yamaha. Later Steve called me and let me know my Tyros 5 will be replaced. I thought everyone handled the issue very professionally and Yamaha came through with flying colors. Only issue is right now Frank does not have another 61 key version to send me - but I know he will work it out and I'am not in a hurry.

... never had to deal with Yamaha, but Frank is ACES !!! ... if I hadn't gotten a really good deal on Coaster Tim's Pa900, I absolutely would have gotten a new one from Frank ...
