They are like accordions... you quickly get used to the smaller keys.
It's a brave decision to go with wood!
Alesis also have a new wireless keytar controller out:
http://www.musicradar.com/news/tech/namm...launches-592047 which has some pads added (would have been nice on the Korg)
My wish is for Yamaha to get back into this market (especially now several other companies have shown there is a market for them). The old KX5 (I have one) still has a form factor that works very well (I hated Roland's keytars) and only needed more modern MIDI and USB capabilities (its MIDI implementation was DX7 era... a dinosaur!).
Alesis's wireless keytar is the way to go too... it's a PITA trailing that cord behind! But Alesis need you to use a laptop to receive the MIDI... I hope they make a standalone USB to MIDI receiver for us live users who don't use a laptop (or our laptop can't do this and whatever else we use it for at the same time).
I'm a bit worried about that long ribbon running under the entire keyboard of the Korg. I hope there's no chance of accidentally triggering it while you play.
But bright days for us keytar users...
