My accompaniment is set at 100 on the Tyros4 when not using a volume pedal, and at 80 when I do.
Volume pedal is set to affect only RH sounds.
RH sounds generally default at 100. I like to have a bit more room when using the pedal, especially when backing a singer or instrumentalist.
Best way to hear how you are blending is to keep recording your tunes and listening to the playback.
It's surprising how easy it is to be too loud in the RH, and it takes some getting used to having it set lower...but it's worth it.
