I recorded this yesterday, this is the orchestral accompaniment I play along with a soloist when she sings operettas, it is completely played live. 'You shall be the emperor of my soul' by Robert Stolz. The sounds are not only Yamaha, but the Garritan GPO Lite library I have installed on the MoXF flash board!

Thanks. The Garritan GPO Lite library is really a significant upgrade to the MoXF/Motif XF strings/woodwind voices.

Just noticed that there are some weird effects in the strings sound due to data compression compared to the original video. I shouldn't have compressed it to 10 MB "phone/small"... MP3 compression is most noticeable with strings sounds.

Last comment about this recording itself from my part: If you hear notes continuing although the keys are not pressed, it is of course because I used a sustain pedal in the same way you use it playing the piano, just much more sparingly of course, otherwise you would get a total mess of sustained woodwind, string and horn tones.

I'm actually a Roland fan, but I prefer the MoXF 6 to the FA-06 due to the flash board, which allows you to add such high-quality waveforms. You have to add about $200 for the 1GB flash plus $130 for the Garritan GPO Lite library, so about $1,300 to have it sound like this for orchestral sounds.
