I cannot get the sequencer on the KN6000 to play the first 4 technichord selections. The technichord red light is lit but the sequencer only plays a single note. All the other technichord selections work OK.

Does anyone else have this problem and if so, any solutions?

Suggest you check your firware version number as follows, if it is less than 4.0 I suggest you upgrade to version 4 which is available for download from http://www.kn6000.com I usually do a complete reset after the software download to make sure I start on a level playing field.

How to check your version number:

Switch the KN6000 off using the power switch.
Press and hold down the "Digital Drawbar", "Accordian Register" and "Sound Explorer" buttons whilst you switch the KN6000 back on with the Power switch.

Make sure you hold the three buttons down until the version number appears in the botton right hand corner of the screen when you can release the three buttons and play as usual.

Thanks for your suggestion to my problem. It taught me how to verify my version on the KN6000. My version is version No 4.

I'll keep trying new ideas and maybe I will find a way to solve the problem.
