A friend has bought a 1G card to use with Jukebox software, but it cannot be read in either the Panasonic Card Reader or the KN7000. She has tried formatting in both the PC and the KN but when trying to read it gets error messages e.g. Incorrect file structure, the card is write protected (checked and it is not), no card in the card reader. The brand is Unity and a replacement card of the same brand caused the same problems. Smaller cards of other brands work fine. Has anyone encountered problems with accessing 1G cards in general or is this likely to be a brand specific problem?

Hi Len,

Did your friend format the 1GB card in the KN7000 before actually using it? if not, try doing this first. I was advised to always format SD cards in the keyboard rather than the PC.

Before formatting the SD Card I would Initialise the keyboard to 'factory' setting so that you start with a 'clean sheet' so to speak.
