I called the Music store where I purchased my KN7000. Neither Partner knew where the HOME PAGE was. I can't find it for sure and I wondered if any of you can tell me where to locate it.My new software pkg. requires that I start from the Home page. Also, does anyone know where PC Communication can be located. Thanks, Marjorie
Hi there - I don't know what other players class as the home page but I think of it as the large centre display panel which shows information as Rhythm, speed, instruments etc.
On lifting the lid of the KN7000 and turning on the instrument the screen lights up and briefly KN7000 shows up before moving to the more familiar screen showing status as first paragraph above.
As to your question about software package - more information needed to what package this is. Do you mean the Song Manager package that should have been included in the price of the KN7000? If so this is PC computer software. Joan

MARJORIE.... Yes, I agree with Joan & Walter...
There is a way to make some changes to the home page....right now I don't remember how but probably go into the Program Menu....on the right side of the 7K....just above the yellow SD button. If your browsing around & punching buttons doesn't help.....there is the "Instruction Manual.... :-)

thanks so much to all of you for answering my question regarding the home page. My frustrations are over. I took my laptop, computer and my SD Audio PC writing kit SZ-CB7 READER/WRITER to a large Computer store to backup all of my files on 10 SD cards, They call themselves the "Geek Squad" and they had the job done in about 20 minutes. They had all the latest equiptment. Marjorie Semensow

Hi marjorie,
How did they backup all your files onto 10 SD Cards using SD Audio Kit? I think that software is used to put mp3's on a Technics SDCard, so that it is playable on the KN7.
