This is about 5 years old now but is still a blast to watch. It is Dave Carrol's video about how his Taylor acoustic guitar got broken by baggage handlers when he flew with United Airlines. He heard the woman behind him watching out the window say "They are throwing guitars !!!". When he arrived at his destination he picked up his Taylor and the headstock had broken off. When he complained to United they refused to accept responsibility. After trying to get them to admit fault a number of times he wrote a song and made a video about it. After millions of views they were forced to change their stance on the situation. They now even use it for baggage handler training. Such a great song and video.
