I have been blessed to share the stage with some of the finest guitar players in the world, and have learned something from each of them. This recording was done one night when Jimmy Johnson (Hank B's son-in-law, although he is older than Hank!) sat in with me.
I had never heard the song before and as you can hear, he was teaching it to me as we played live in front of a houseful of people.
It has a couple of crude words, but nothing too bad for grown-ups.
We had great fun doing it, so naturally the audience did as well.
It's a Randy Newman song, Wedding In Cherokee County.
