Andrew, if you ever need to restore your keyboard to the original factory settings, then you would put the Initial Data Disk into your keyboard and follow the instructions in your manual. Have a Happy New Year playing your new KN7K!

Andrew It's worth checking that the files on the Initial disk work OK. My disc had an error with the ctmini.ast file - just wouldn't load. I've now got a file that loads OK and I've saved it onto the SD card for convenience. John

Okay thanks. Will try that. Just wondering; i'm playing Let It Be at the moment and when I come to play the middle C it's still part of the Chord; is there anyway I can change this?

Small addition to Fran's posting: When you press the SPLIT POINT button, it moves the split point just before G2 -> C3 -> G3 -> user setting -> G2 -> C3 -> (etc.) Press the SPLIT POINT button for about three seconds and you can place the split point anywhere you want (user setting) by pressing the key that will be the lowest of you right hand part.
