After I posted such a 'sad', rather depressing tune (Adagio for Strings), I just want to post a more cheerful tune, my version of 'In the Mood', which I already uploaded several months ago. I guess some of you already know the version in case you browsed my Youtube videos, so in that case you needn't listen to it, it is nothing new.
I play 2 parts live together with a self-made sequencer file in the background. Sounds are mixed BK-7m and MoXF.

The BK-7m and MoXF sound good together, and the rhythm sounds live.

I like your "crossed hands" technique. You did a very good job!

Thank you! The sax sections of the MoXF and the BK-7m I used are quite different, the BK-7m one is more breathy, and combined they form a very rich and realistic section, which actually sounds better than in my Integra version of In the Mood.
The MoXF brass section and the BK trumpet also work together very well. Again, it pays to combine two different instruments soundwise.

Thanks!

BTW, instead of Thanksgiving, which is already end of September in Germany, it is the 1st Advent here tomorrow, and I'll be accompanying a classical singer during an "Advent gathering" for mostly senior citizens and shocking them with a salsa version (pure piano, no style) of Mary's Boy Child... (the singer is briefed about it).

We ran out of time and couldn't do the 'salsa' any more (which the singer is probably happy about, as she is more classical). One of the highlights was the Garritan/Hauptwerk full pipe organ sample I used for the final song. It is installed on my Yamaha MoXF flash board.
