Here in Cape Breton, Scottish Gaelic is still kept alive and actually taught at a special school called Colaisde na Gàidhlig / The Gaelic College.


"Nollaig Chridheil" is the greeting for "Merry Christmas".

Welsh, which at one time almost died out, is now taught in all schools in Wales. So, to add the glaring omission from the above list:

Nadolig Llawen. (Merry Christmas)
