My friend Chris Anthony was a designer and was very involved on this Brands...
keep in mind, that at one time, GEM in their arrangers of the time, where the first to have notation on the screen, and pioneer many of the features that most brands came up several years after GEM did.....
I remember the Elka organs too.....sounded very nice.
Just walking memory lane....
My General Music WX2 was the most advanced arranger of its time...
later on Gem had the most advanced best sounding highly appreciated digital pianos with their drake technollogy
but both those technollogies belong to the past, analogue is hot and thats one reason they bring back the Elka synthex, the other reason is that they got a full warehouse of parts almost for free when they bought the name....
