Today I put a deposit down on 2 Yamaha PSR S970s at a local dealer in Sydney. One for me and one for Ky Trinh

Currently they are expected to arrive in the country around early August.

The shop already had 4 others on pre order before me lol

This keyboard already has a lot of anticipation.

I still dont see any reason for a psr s950 owner to upgrade... Feature wise, its almost exactly the same, and the new deejay feature is not big enough to make much impact.


Maybe Frank can give us an honest advise?


With the difference between T5 and s970 being bigger then ever and T5 slowly dropping in price, i can see more reasons to upgrade to T5 when comming from an s950 or T4 or a Korg, or whatever MOTL or TOTL arranger ( that is if you want to change to a Yamaha at all)
