My KN7000 has 1 black key that catches slightly when pressed. Is there someone who knows how to repair the keyboard? I'm thinking of using a black key way down in the left hand that never is used and move it to the repair position. I'd need to know how to get the keyboard exposed and then exchange the key. Any suggestions????

Moving the keys around may not be the solution.

The key presses on a sensitive sensor. The harder you press gets you a louder sound.

When the key "catches" it is possible the sensitive sensor is not returning back to its original shape or position. That could be the reason why the key is still down.

Cleaning the sensor might be another solution.
