What arranger keyboards are out there (preferably new) that have weighted keys ?
Weighted keys is a broad range, but if you mean hammeraction piano keys..
There is the Korg Havian 30 which is comparable to a Krog PA300 with added piano sounds
And then there is the Yamaha DGX 650 which has the lower end tier PSR (not the S series) styles on board..
Als there is the Clavinova CVP 700 series, which is not considered an arranger, bu a DP, but then it has the same styles and most of the capabillities of the Tyros 5
Als the Casio PX560 that releases in Oktober has about 200 styles on board, but quite basic, its more a stage-piano then a real arranger.

You could also consider to combine any 88 key midi board out there with an arranger module... like Roland BK7m (to be discontinued), Ketron Audya4 or MidJ Pro, or even the software based Varranger.
But that would set you up with 2 units.. however these solutions might be more sattisfying when it comes to arranger styles then the above (maybe with the exception of the Havian 30)

But if you want a good portable 88 weighted action arranger, then you have to stand in line behind me, as i have been wayting for that since over 10 years.... Nothing that comes close to current TOTL arrangers is in sight.
The perfect companion for on Stage, would be a stage piano combined with a totl arranger.
