I have one somewhere in my archives, but I believe it was for the PSR-5700, which cannot be converted for the PSR-3000. It was a weird format and the only person I knew that could work with it was some guy in the UK who was selling styles way back then.
You might try posting this request on
www.psrtutorial.com on their forum under styles. There are lots of good style makers on that site.
