Donny, It's a 150-watt-RMS, conventional, sound system, with a small sub woofer. in a small plastic package. Nothing about it would excite me other than it's very small. The question you must ask yourself, for a gigging musician/entertainer, will it deliver what you want on stage? I've never been enamored with Mackie sound systems, which have all sounded a bit muddy to me, especially when cranked up a bit. Now, it is lightweight, but so is my Bose L1 Compact, and it really does deliver all that I need. Sure, it cost more, but when you buy the very best, that's always the case.

All the best,

Gary cool
