Sad to hear the news. One of my all time favorite pop groups. Just got to see them this summer in Atlantic City NJ before we moved. Not a great show but glad I got to see them. Their biggest hits, especially "Jerimiah " were my least favorits. Songs like "Try A Little Tenderness" "Out in the Country" etc. were so much better.
Just lost their very talented keyboard player, Jimmy Greenspoon this year too.

RIP, Cory ... Jeremiah might not be a great tune but it goes over well at senior gigs ... even if they can't dance it gets them singing and clapping ...

He grew up in my area (Buffalo), and performed with many local groups before moving to California. His real name was Emil Lewandowski. He took the stage name "Cory" from the Cory coffee maker he spotted at one of his stopovers.
