captain Russ Senior Member Registered: 01/02/04 Posts: 7306 Loc: Lexington, Ky, USA	Gary and others were remarking about the interpretation of "Georgia" by Ray Charles...universally associated with the most recognized rendition. Somewhere is a YouTube recording of a brilliant Canadian guitarist named Lenny Breau playing a version that brings tears to your eyes. Check out this sadly departed genius. This is proof that real emotion can be eloquently expressed without singing a note. He is one of the brightest stars who ever lived in the jazz and/or "pickers" fields. His playing touched me deeply (and made me a bit jealous). Russ
