Hello,
I am loading what I think are Tyros 5 Music Styles (downloaded from the PSR Tutorial site) to a USB stick which then lets me play them on my PSR-S770.
I was wondering what it means next to many of the styles when I see,
"Microsoft Serialized Certificate Store"?
Also, sometimes the same style (or a copy of) will read on the computer display,
either "PRS" or "STY".
For example, it might show the name of a music style as either:
RetroSoul.T160.psr 49KB
or
RetroSoul.T160.sty 55KB

My question is can you please tell me which one (1) of those two should I save for future use.
Thank you.

Windows is taking some extensions that it doesn't recognize properly and guessing at them, and they happen to conform to other extensions that it DOES recognize.

Quote about Yamaha file (styles) copied from
http://www.jososoft.dk/yamaha/articles/software_12.htm

Style files had some years ago always sty file extension.
Now a number of files extensions are used:
pst (pianist);
pcs (piano combo);
sst (session);
prs (pro);
bcs (basic)
fps (free play)
