I'm quite sure the main piano sound, named "Pno-SX" in the waveform list, is a cut-down version of the SRX 11 piano expansion. The "SX" could be a hint to the former digital piano RD-700SX, whose main piano sound was identical to the SRX 11. The BK-7m also has a piano nearly identical to the SRX 11 and named "Superior Piano" (identical name to one of the SRX 11 patches and the RD700SX main piano sound.
The saxophone sound seem identical to the BK-7m.
Of course, there are obviously lots of new world sounds. I also find lots of waveforms with the same name as in the SonicCell, mostly identical to Fantom X. No surprise there...
All in all, the E-A7 could be regarded as a new version of the GW-8 (which also mainly had SonicCell sounds) combined with BK sounds and completely new world sounds. The GW-7/8 line used to be the "Roland Japan" arranger line competing with Roland Europe. Now, there's obviously an integration of both lines.
It seems to be BK-7m quality plus additional sounds (and obviously great world styles). But no SN-A sounds (the BK-9 has 22).
