After a beautiful, but somewhat loud , evening with family - 12 adults ages 20 yrs through 74 yrs - and 10 children - ages 11 through 17 - sharing food, wine, and song, sharing laughs, stories, and each other, today is a little more sedate, but the centerpieces will be lasagna and standing rib roast with all the trimmings ...

After New Year's it's exercise - pushing away from the table and into the gym, and smaller portions ... I gotta make sure I'm around for many more of these festivities ...

Back at ya, Tony. I've already done a mile on the tread mill and this afternoon, if it's not raining, I hope to climb aboard the bicycle without incurring any serious injury.
