Recorded in a cathedral in Washington state.
Listen to the demo, most of it sounds good.
These come in Soundfont format, so using the John Melas waveform editor (and maybe an additional software to convert it) it should be possible to get them onto the flash board.

Thanks for this find. When it comes to orchestral sounds, the more the merrier!

I listened to the demo, and I think it would add some valuable sounds to the Motif. I wish they had a longer demo, though.

Donny, believe me, I'm tempted! I would first have to wait to try it in a store. I love my Motif XF, but both Yamaha demonstrators and Yamaha literature have stated that the Montage sounds better by a lot, so.......I'll see. If I do decide to buy it, I'll still want an arranger, so that might get a little expensive. Time will tell. smile

Right now, I haven't yet seen any demo showing a performance with 8 parts (the Motif XF only has 4). The 8 parts would equal an arranger's, so that might be interesting.

SO far, all the demos show off the Montage's new sounds and features. I'd love to hear the same sounds as the Motif's to compare the two.

Sounds like a KORG Pa4x would fit your needs for both... enjoy

Maybe, but I haven't seen one in stores yet. I'll have to look into that. Thanks.
