I wish they released a successor to the very handy SonicCell module, a small version of the Integra.

These modules are of zero interest to me. Exclusively focused on electronic dance music.

I'm sure they have done extensive marketing to go ahead and produce these items....
players must need & want them.

Definitely, it's for the club music generation. Fair enough, if they recover financially selling these products so that they are in the position to develop high-quality instruments in the area of acoustic sounds, why not.

Lets face it arranger player vs synth players are Two totally different camps and will always be....nothing wrong with that,...I can see the need for both..Roland has a loyal following.

Modular synths are hot with the younger EDM squads...Roland is selling them what they want with the whole Aira, Boutique and modular eurorackstuff..

Actually Roland is repackaging their technollogy in smaller packages that are cheep to produce and easy to sell, and making money in that process..

The worldwide market for this kind of stuff is huge compared to the totl arranger and workstation market..
