Man, those keys would drive me nuts. Faintly reminiscent of the old Vox Continental which had reverse keys - okay once you got used to them. Nothing so garish as that Korg, though.
I wonder if that red finish is one of those overlay skins? There seems to be a join at the start/stop button.

Most likely. It's a tread with this video at Korg forum that shows a "black beauty" being transformed into alu-grey or silver.
