Frank, those specs are for a single, conventional speaker - not a linear array.

All the best,

Gary cool

Line array and conventional speakers, are made starting the same way, with speakers. The way they are put together will determine how the sound final product will come out. Gary, the specs I mentioned are line array specs with horizontal coverage, which are what both a line array set-up and a conventional speaker will have, this is just plain physics.

If you noticed, allot of portable line array manufactures are very vague with specs, especially a very popular brand that pretty much hides them.

Line arrays are great but they are not perfect, if you break apart a line array, it's basically a bunch of smaller conventional speakers stack up together.

We will always look for the "better" speaker for our own individual situation. Plus, it's fun to read, learn, experiment about new gear.

Dnj said it best... Use your ears!!!
