I enjoy my Ketron as it has great styles (live) and voices plus a very excellent touchscreen but they are so slow to get product to market. They show you new styles and voices that are coming out in a pack but then you hear nothing.
The SD 9 was shown at the show this year but God only knows when and if it will ever be for sale. This, to me turns potential customers away because they lose interest after a period of time.
I hope Ketron can improve and get with the program. AJ is the only one who understands and does things to help Ketron Owners. They should wait until product is ready before exciting people about it. Lloyd
Hi Lloyd, Yes, it is unfortunate that Ketron has only one person in the USA to promote and advertise their products. AJ must go nuts trying to supply information and support to every Ketron owner in the USA.
I'm not concerned about any of this. My SD7 is AWESOME and my clients are booking me like never before since I started using the SD7. For me that's what counts.
Hi,My audya5 its at the repair shop since 3 months and they have a hard time to get parts I just know today that the store (Ketron franchise) will no more sale the ketron line in Canada .To bad because the ketron arranger was at the top of all arrangers keyboard.

The SD9 is not delayed (yet) When we spoke to the factory directly after Frankfurt they told us it will be available towards the end of 2016.
With regards to the SD40, the factory suggested late spring/early summer. We spoke to them last week and they are not quite ready to ship. Once available it will be announced on the website and via email to those on the Ketron email database.
